The article presents a methodological toolkit developed by the authors for assessing the efficiency of the airport legal service with a graphic interpretation, which allows you to identify problem areas and develop directions for improving the performance of this service based on the analysis and assessment of contractual, organizational and administrative, judicial and executive and reclamation and claims activities. The technique was tested with a positive result at «Airport Ulyanovsk». Deficiencies in the legal service were identified and recommendations were developed to improve the legal support of an airline to increase its competitiveness. It is concluded that to ensure a high level of legal work, it is necessary to create legal departments at all airports in the country.
