On the current state and prospects of economy development of Jalal-Abad region

The article presents an analysis of the current state and development prospects of the economy of the Jalal-Abad region of Kyrgyzstan, where attention is focused on the stages of formation, periodization and the study of regional economic processes. Analyzed are both positive and negative aspects of reforming the national Kyrgyz economy, caused by the relative stability of economic growth, and as a consequence, the practical lack of analysis of the institutional foundations of economic growth. The degree of study of scientific problems by leading researchers of various schools and directions was also noted.
