About modern aspects of implementation of customs control

The article deals with the theoretical aspects of customs control. The author substantiates the idea that the requirements to improve the efficiency of the Russian economy, the need to strengthen positions in world trade, require reforms in customs administration. The use of remote release technologies, preliminary information, as well as the transition to full electronic declaration create conditions for accelerating foreign trade operations. Creation of the centers of electronic declaration was a big step forward for liberalization and simplification of customs procedures.
