The article continues the development of ideas for bringing political meaning to the Russian network space. The authors shows the specifics of the political already in the digital network space. The paper substantiated, that peculiar goal-setting of the Russian political discourse is striving for a possible transformation from protest-confrontational requests to a creative dominant that could be created in a digital network field. The position of the authorities is that this development is aimed at mastering, if not at seizing the power priorities. On the contrary, it is shown that the essence of the goal setting of the network community is expressed mainly in the mastery of political meanings. The main idea is to minimize the communicative alienation of power and society, using digital technology and civic initiatives. The former are realized through political reductionism, i.e. the emergence of new technologies and their extrapolation to the political sphere. Civic initiatives are embodied through political activism of citizens, including in a protest context. An attempt was made to identify the mechanism of mobilization and self-organization within protest virtual communities through online network functionality. The connection of network activity and communications with the decentralization of informative streams that increase the trend towards increased political participation is traced. The authors trace a critical attitude about the economic and political development of the country.
