On how to use property

The author attempts to define the term «use» and «how to use» in relation to different types of property. The possibilities of a precise definition of «existing use of property» and the practice of establishing the most effective ways to use the property. We introduce and justify the concept of «rational way of using the property» and «reasonable time limit on use of property». It is proposed to estimate the market value of the property based on the rational way of using it. Identifies problems with regard to the manner of use of property during its evaluation under uncertainty.
