The article explains the notion of special disciplinary liability, considers the procedure of imposition of disciplinary penalty on customs service personnel, and describes the main stages of procedural activity in the disciplinary proceeding. The author defines the peculiarities of special disciplinary liability, the notion of disciplinary case, disciplinary measure and procedural consolidation of the decision, terms and essential conditions of imposition of disciplinary penalty.
