On the formation of the institute of state service of Kyrgyzstan: historical and political aspect

The article presents an analysis of the construction of a community of economic and political interests that required the coordination of management activities, in which the integration of social organisms into interconnected functional and structural formations for the regulation of sociocultural, legal and other norms, including genealogical kinship in the governing system of the states of the Turkic world, took place. the context of the historical and political aspect. The arguments are the views and positions of predecessor thinkers, which make it possible to creatively and methodologically develop some aspects of the complex system of public administration based on the formation and functioning of the institution of civil service at the present stage.
