About courts, judges and lawyers: a general view

Purpose: The study of the interaction of judges and lawyers in litigation. Methodology: The article uses historical, comparative legal and formal logical research methods. Results: The article deals with the causes of competition between subjects of public relations; the historical foundations of the emergence of the judiciary, the relationship of judges and lawyers and the tactics of the participation of a lawyer in a trial are analyzed. Novelty/originality/value: The article has high scientific value, since it is an original form of considering the interaction of judges and lawyers in litigation.
