On drawbacks of the draft of the instruction on the conducting overt operative-detective action «Inspection of premises, buildings, constructions, areas of locality and vehicles by the law enforcement officers»

The problems of provisions application of the draft of the Instruction are considered in the article. The author suggests the ways of their minimization and gives the evaluation of changes having been introduced in Paragraph 1, Part I, Article 1 of the Federal Law «On the operative-detective activity».
