On the essential terms of the contract delivery

This article is devoted to the essential terms of the supply contract. The article deals with the relevance of the topic of the essential conditions of the supply contract, as well as the characteristics of the essential conditions that must be agreed upon at the conclusion of the supply contract. The classification of conditions of the contract is given and the conclusion is drawn that only such conditions which absence in the text of the contract entails recognition it not concluded can be called essential.
