On the formation technology of creative self-presentation skills of future specialists of mass-information activities

The article deals with the problem of readiness of graduates to the labor market requirements: competence, activity, creativity, responsibility of the employee. A specialist in the field of media communications, among other competencies, should be ready for creative self-presentation or presentation of the results of the whole creative team. For a specialist of this profile, self-presentation skills is one of the key professional and personal characteristics. He must be able to attract and draw attention, have the reflection and self-reflection skills, verbal and non-verbal communication skills, business communication skills, artistry skills, etc. To achieve the formation of creative self-presentation skills modern pedagogical technologies are used. The authors consider the possibility of achieving the goal of such technologies as lecture (problem lecture, the two together lecture, lecture-visualization, lecture-discussion, lecture-press conference, etc.), game, case study, storytelling, portfolio. The authors reveal the content of innovative lectures, describe the scenario of the educational game, reveal the content of situational tasks, the structure and the content of the portfolio aimed at developing the skills of creative self-presentation of students. The article is of interest for University teachers, students mastering the profession of journalist, public relations specialists, PR-specialists, etc., as well as for specialists of recruitment agencies engaged in recruiting, that is, activities to create conditions for filling vacancies in customer companies by competent experts in the field of mass information activities.
