About creative giftedness of the developing person

The article deals with the topical issues of creative youth development. The development of creative and intellectual giftedness is considered from the perspective of personal approach. We reveal the influence of motivation, as well as the complex of social factors (conditions of upbringing, peculiarities of communication with adults and peers) on development of intellectual and creative giftedness of children. The article presents the results of study motivation for educational activity, intellectual abilities and creativity of young people at different learning levels. It is established that the effectiveness of educational activity depends on the structure of motivation, types of motives. Sustained interest in knowledge is a reliable motivational basis for educational activity, as well as an important condition for development of intellectual and creative abilities of personality.
