The author considers the types of investment allocated in the economic literature, focusing on the general and the particular in the existing classifications. Analyzes the types of contracts, mediating business investment in capital construction, as well as the main approaches to the interpretation of the term «investment contract», established in the doctrine and jurisprudence, and essential features are the basis of each of these approaches. Proposed classification of the treaty on the basis derived from the doctrine and jurisprudence symptoms.
