About the influence of natural mineral waters chemical composition on lactose fermenting yeasts development

It is known that in biotechnology, and especially in production of nutrient medium chemicals is used. The producing of chemicals is expending the significant amount of ecological resources that brings damage to environment. Application of natural mineral waters in technology of producing of nutrient medium as a source of a minerals is acute for cultivation of lactose fermenting yeasts. Feasibility of application of natural mineral waters in technology of nutrient medium is revealed.
