On a possible market model for managing an apartment building

The article examines the problems of the existing regulation of the management of an apartment building. It proposes changes in legislation necessary for the formation of a market model of this process and providing for the redistribution of responsibility for the proper condition of the building between the owners and the management organization, the possibility of forming common funds of the owners in the form of a fund for the maintenance of the building, determining measures against unscrupulous owners who do not fulfill their obligations to participate in the costs of maintaining the building.
