About possibilities of soybean introduction into Southern-West zone of Russia

35 soybean cultivars were studied in northern-west zone of Vologda region in 2006-2010. As the result, there were chosen soybean cultivars being the most reliable on maturing in different weather conditions. They are: Kasatka and Svetlaya of Ryazan breeding, SibNIIK 315 of Siberian breeding and Bara of Krasnodar breeding. These cultivars are recommended for industrial trials in this zone.
