The possibility of using fluorimetrical method for estimating of milk quality

The fluorimetrical method conformably to milk quality estimate is described; the results of statistical dates processing are offered. These dates are adduced during the experiment by investigation of milk luminescence intensity from the fat content, dry skimmed milk residuum (DSMR) and density and number of somatic cells.
