About the possibility of the necessary defense from the encouragement accomplished in the form of insecurity, and also from the non-warrant encourages

The article deals with the problem of determining socially dangerous encroachments, the defense of which is possible. The article analyzes the possibility of necessary defense against encroachment, committed in the form of inaction. Also in this article, an assessment of imprudent encroachment is given as the basis for the need for defense. According to the results of the study, the author comes to the conclusion that the necessary defense against these encroachments is possible.
