On possibility of regional development on a basis of clusterization

The article deals with the issues of regional development. The authors offer an estimation method of the clusters' attractiveness and adaptation in Chelyabinsk area. For the estimation of the clusters' attractiveness and adaptation in Chelyabinsk area the authors used the developed points of the methods of the clusters' attractiveness and adaptation evaluation.
