The article is devoted to the disclosure of some features of the technologies of career "self-management" of the organization's staff and addressed to professionals seeking to build their own successful career. The desire of a person to manage his / her career is explained by the great importance that his / her career has for his / her life. Career acts as a kind of context of human labor life, structuring his labor experience with a sequence of certain steps, so that professional life is not seen as a continuous incoherent mass of actions and events, and acquires the form of development, ordered by these steps. Builds a career path of human development, introducing certainty into the labour market, orienting a person in time and space.
