On the possibilities of overcoming the problem of staff shortage with the help of developing institutions and mechanisms for employing disabled people

The article is devoted to the analysis of the possibilities of using the labor of disabled people to overcome the shortage of labor resources in modern conditions. The authors note that the employment of disabled people has a number of features, but is one of the requirements of the social policy of the modern state. It is concluded that today the necessary institutions and mechanisms are beginning to be created that can simultaneously solve the problem of the shortage of qualified personnel and the employment of disabled people, which will also solve the problem of reducing labor resources. Analytical work was carried out to study the regulatory requirements for the employment of disabled people, and our own approaches to improving the provision of enterprises with professional personnel in a situation of a decrease in the total number of labor resources due to a special military operation were proposed. The proposed recommendations will not only contribute to increasing the professional employment of disabled people, but are also aimed at improving the economic and social development of the Russian Federation.
