On the choice of rational parameters of a hammer mill with a monolithic hammer

Бесплатный доступ

The use of new designs of grinding machines and their working bodies directly affects the grinding process, which is characterized by quality indicators of the crushed product and specific energy and material costs. Also, when changing the design of the shredding machine, there is a problem of its introduction into the technological cycle of feed production due to the fact that the specific performance indicators and energy costs that the production line is not designed for change. In this regard, the selection of rational values of quality indicators and specific energy consumption is relevant when choosing the settings of the design and kinematic parameters of the grinding machine. This article deals with the problem of finding the most rational value of optimization criteria that describe the process of grinding grain feed in a hammer mill with a monolithic hammer structure, among a number of optimal points of target functions.
