The paper contains the results of research not true-magnitude relationship and emotional intelligence, in particular, its most important component - the ability of children of primary school age had known decay of basic human emotions. Highlighted a sensitive period in the development of this ability at the age of 7 to 8 years, characterized by a sharp rise in the success of recognition.
