About interrelation of growth processes and oil accumulation of saffron milk cap grades in conditions of Medial Volga region

The dynamics of growth and plants development of a winter and summer saffron milk cap in conditions of Medial Volga region is studied. The oil accumulation in fruits and seeds of grades Penzjak and VNIIMK 520, form BN-95, was compared. The interrelation of studied processes is established, and the grades features on separate morphological and physiological parameters are revealed.
