Introduction. Prevention of adaptation diseases, particularly distress syndrome, is an urgent task in preventive and industrial medicine. The quality of life of employees is associated with their socio-psychological, psycho-physiological, and functional states. A prolonged state of distress can lead to a breakdown of the body's adaptive mechanisms and the development of chronic diseases. The aim of the study was to identify potentially feasible methods for the prevention of distress among workers in various professions.
