The bladder cancer rate analysis in Samara region from 2005 to 2014 with taking into account intensive and adjusted incidence rates there has discovered stable disease rate of the population (13,40/0000 in 2005 to 11,40/0000 in 2014) in men (23,30/0000 in 2005 and 19,50/0000 in 2014) as well as in women (5,50/0000 in 2005 and 4,50/0000 in 2014). Whereas the number of men who got bladder cancer was 4,6 times more than women. The maximum disease rate both with men and women occurred at the age of 70 and older (130,80/0000 and 16,30/0000 respectively). As we see it the disease rate with men and women in all age groups is stable but the rates of it are high so it presses to examine such patients regularly and refer to treatment timely. What is more, in terms of early bladder cancer detection men and women aged 70 and older require specific attention.
