On the abuse of the right to free higher education: a strategy of action by an educational organization

This article discusses the issue of the possibility of abuse by applicants of the right to free higher education and the strategy of the educational organization to identify (prevent) such facts. Based on the results of the analysis of existing tools (resources) that an educational organization can use, to verify the accuracy of the information specified bythe applicant in the application for admission, proposals are made to improve these tools. Also, normative legal acts on the issues of admission to study in educational programs of higher education are analyzed, based on the results of which proposals for their improvement are given.
