About geodynamic voltage zone of large rank in the Arctic

The article shows the need to take into account the nature of the continuous motion of the Earth when studying the natural conditions of the Arctic. This movement is associated with changes in the diurnal mode of functioning of the planet, relatively independent systems of hydro-and lithodynamic flows and zones of discharge geodynamic stresses of different ranks. The boundaries of two adjacent fractal structures constituting such a zone of stresses discharge large rank in the Arctic are determined. The significance of natural changes in geodynamic conditions in the region under consideration is reflected.
