According to the author of the article, the most important tasks of psychological training of employees, in relation to actions in extreme situations, are the formation of readiness to overcome the dangers and difficulties of the office environment, the development of the ability to withstand large neuropsychic loads in conflict situations and the formation of special psychological qualities in personnel, taking into account the specifics of their professional activities.
