On administrative tort procedure of environmental protection

The article deals with the competence of environmental management agencies in connection with the environmental audit as one of the main instruments for environmental protection, environmental management and environmental safety of citizens. Control (supervision), implemented by the competent bodies faces with the problems requiring adequate and efficient solutions.
