The urgency of administrative-territorial reform in Ukraine

The paper analyses general theoretical, legal and practical issues connected with administrative-territorial reform in Ukraine. The author gives grounds for urgency of the comparative research of territory system of Ukraine and unitarian European states. Conclusions, recommendations and provisions made by the researcher can be used for scientific research purposes in lawmaking, educative work and the learning process.
