About topical issues of organization of work with citizens in the city administration of Omsk

The article discusses the interim results of the execution of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 17.04.2017 № 171 "on monitoring and analysis of the results of consideration of citizens and organizations" in the framework of the organization of unloading the database "citizens ' Appeals" of the municipal information system "electronic document management system and office management of the city of Omsk" (hereinafter -EDMS) in the section "results of consideration of applications" information resource SSTU .The Russian Federation office for work with citizens of the Omsk city Administration and "Management of information and communication technologies".
