Introduction: after the 2020 amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, there started intense discussion in Russian society concerning the need to amend some provisions of Chapter 1 of the Basic Law, in particular Article 13, in terms of enshrining the official state ideology therein. The events of recent years unfolding around our country have forced a large part of Russian society, united by 'common destiny on their land', to start thinking about what is harmful and what is useful for Russia; they made us remember that we are united by a thousand-year history, and that we must preserve 'the memory of the ancestors who passed down the ideals to us'.
