Concerning innovative forms and methods of proactive education management in the military higher school

The article considers the presentation as one of the innovative forms of independent learning in the military university. The author focuses on the problem of interaction between the teaching officer and students. The advantages and disadvantages of teaching officers who have no professional pedagogical education are discussed. The conclusions concern the management of military personnel based on the practical experience of the author.
