Micropropagation of garden plants in vitro under the influence of growth regulator floridzine

The effect of floridzine on rhyzogenesis of micropropagule of Pyrus communis L., Sorbus aucuparia L., Rubus idaeus L. of remontant type, Rubus sp., and Lonisera edulis Tursz. was studied. It was shown, that employment of floridzin as separately as together with indolyl butyric acid stimulates the forming of roots in micropropagule of fruit and berry crops. Stimulatory action of floridzin depends on special and varietal peculiarities of plants and also on their ability for taking root.
