The article considers the issues of using the state system of drug situation monitoring in the Russian Federation for estimation of the activity of narcological rehabilitation centers of various legal-organized forms. The results of analysis of the organization of drug users' rehabilitation in the subjects of the Russian Federation within the bounds of the Ural Federal region are given.
