On historical and theoretical-legal aspects of the development of representative authorities

The article presents an analysis of the historical and theoretical-legal aspects of the formation of representation. Thus, among the properties of the Kyrgyz political situation one can attribute the formed tendency of the 90s of the twentieth century - the socialization of politics. With the obvious differentiation of political and social processes, in general, during the noted period of sovereignty of Kyrgyzstan, the problems of the formation of a democratic political system were identified, namely, a state governed by the rule of law, a multi-party system, the institution of free elections, and clear interaction between government bodies.
