The authors have studied the peculiarities of recognizing and suggest redrafting part 4 of the Article 193 of the Criminal Procedural Code of the RF. One of prerequisites of presenting for identification should be not the similarity in appearance of persons presented for identification but the absence of strict distinctions in the ways they look like and their clothes.
