On effective management of the national economy: the aspect of post-Soviet heritage in conditions not about geopolitical challenges

In the new realities of geopolitical tension and escalation, the high-tech development of all spheres of the national economy is critically important, with the actual and critical availability of a chronological resource for its implementation and sanctions pressure from the Anglo-Saxon coalition. The sanctions imposed were, in fact, a catalyst for parallel imports, including critical technologies. The necessity of an effective management system of the national economy as one of the instruments of high-tech innovative re-equipment of industrial potential and import substitution as a strategic factor of Russia's territorial integrity and socio-economic well-being, national security and sovereignty of the state in the new geopolitical realities and escalation of the confrontation of the residual manifestation of the unipolar dominance of the Anglo-Saxon coalition is considered. The significance of the subsequent postcupal evolution of the intellectual component and its convergence into high-tech industrial potential is given. These strategic goals of ensuring the national sovereignty and security of Russia are verified in the chronological plane of the post-Soviet legacy of the formation of industry and the early Russian economic stage of deindustrialization of the economy. The topic of the dependence of the national economy on labor grants is highlighted as one of the constraining factors of the constructive formation of the economy of the new knowledge format. The difference in the economic component of the potentials of the regions is cited as one of the factors of the high-tech development of the national economy, which implies the implementation of spatial and economic measures to preserve the subjectivity of the territories of the Federation. The article describes the transformation of rent as an asset of development - from the sale of hydrocarbons to high-tech economic and industrial potential; the importance of the formation of the infrastructural component of national economy management in the aspect of achieving a high-tech level of competitiveness at the geo-economic level in a number of developed industrial states.
