About the optimization experiment personnel adaptation process

The organizational feature of the adaptation of the staff of the Rosgvardiya presented in the article, involving the use of methods of psychological influence, contributes to increasing the level of readiness of employees for professional activity in a complex operational environment, which was convincingly confirmed by the experiment conducted by the author.
