Бесплатный доступ

Civil law obligation of neighbors is a measure of due behavior of the obliged person - the neighbor (owner of nearby real estate), exercised by him\her at his\her discretion within the freedom granted by the authorized person (the other neighbor) or (and) by civil laws, in order to meet the interests of this authorized person. Various features and elements are included in the definition of civil obligations of neighbors. Firstly, legal obligations of neighbors are subjective, that is, they belong to certain subjects - neighbors - owners of neighboring properties; secondly, subjective legal obligation is the need to coordinate his\her behavior to demands made to him\her; and thirdly, one of the signs of legal obligation is that it always has normative consolidation, however, the analysis of the sources of legislation leads to the conclusion that now there are only a few requirements for the behavior of neighbors.
