The article deals with the issues of evolutionary adjustment of artificial neural networks. The analytical review of existing approaches is given, the requirements for such algorithms are highlighted. The description and the results of testing a new TWEANN-algorithm of simultaneous adjustment between weights and artificial neural networks are described.
