On the provision of free legal aid in the territorial subjects of the Russian Federation (on the example of Siberian federal district)

The article is devoted to the questions of rendering free legal aid as one of the ways of realization of the Russian Federation citizens’ legitimate rights and interests and state duty in the realization of the citizens’ right for the access to justice. It should be noted that one of the authorities of the Russian Federation subjects in the normative activities is to establish the additional guaranties in the right of free legal aid. In this regard the special attention is paid to the studying of the legislation on rendering free legal aid in the subjects of the Russian Federation of the Siberian Federal district, namely to the comparative analyses of the regional laws of free legal aid in the part of establishment of the additional list of citizens, who has the right for free legal aid.
