On determining the jurisdiction of cases related to the activities of the self-employed in the Russian Federation

This study is devoted to the analysis of problems related to the determination of the jurisdiction of cases related to the activities of the self-employed in the Russian Federation. In modern society, the system of self-employment is becoming more and more relevant, however, the existing legal framework does not always provide clear rules for regulating relevant legal relations. The paper analyzes the regulations concerning the self-employed, identifies problems in determining the jurisdiction of such cases. Particular attention is paid to the issues of judicial protection of the interests of the self-employed, and possible changes in legislation are proposed in order to ensure more effective legal protection in this area. The study aims to identify shortcomings in the legislation and propose constructive ways to improve it in order to create a more transparent and fair legal environment for the self-employed in Russia.
