The article describes the experience of the Republic of Belarus on protection of children at social risk. The author draws attention to the current Presidential Decree of the Republic of Belarus dated November 24, 2006 № 18 "On additional measures of children's state protection in problem families" and the possibility to use the existing positive experience on the territory of the Russian Federation.
