Organization of parallel calculations in the solution of two-point and three point finite-difference equations

In article the question of the organization of parallel (simultaneous) calculations at the solution of the two-point and three-point differential equations is considered. Parametrical approach which was for the first time offered in 1978 is used and among calculators carries the name «Yanenko's sweep» the specified approach is applied to parallelization of calculations according to Landau, Meyman and Halatnikov's implicit scheme as an illustration of parallelization of calculations according to «schemes of the running account». For the implicit scheme also the issue of realization of boundary conditions without additional recalculation in boundary knots of area is resolved. The question of various ways of the organization of parallel calculations - parallelizations «on regional conditions» and parallelizations «by the right part» is discussed.
