The article describes the aims and objectives of the scientific community of learners (SSL) and students in an educational institution, is an exemplary organizational structure of the scientific community as a public organization, offers an exemplary program of theoretical studies in the SSL. The activity of SSL is considered as a necessary condition for solving the problems of the trainees practical skills of mental labor.
