On the organization of interaction between the class teacher and the leaders of student government

In the conditions of modern society, when all over the world there are transformations in all spheres of life, leadership development is becoming one of the most significant tasks of the present and future of our society. The issues of the personality activity development are especially relevant against the background of the changing unstable situation in the country. Society needs to leaders who can unite people to achieve certain important aims. Strong leadership qualities allow person to organize a certain space of interaction in different spheres of their life, carry out communications of various content and focus, develop and get results. The article is devoted to the topical issue of interaction between teachers and leaders of student self-government in solving problems of the educational process and social relations in the youth environment.
