About main directions of local government development

This article observes the main directions of local government development. The realization of local government reform is impossible without professional staff; the practice of local government formation revealed the problem of stuffing the structures ofmunicipal management. In order to create the conditions for development and improvement ofmunicipal service the local government departments elaborate the programs ofmunicipal service development.
