On the peculiarities of Tatar songs of religious themes

The urgency of the problem under study is due to the emergence of a new genre in the musical culture of the tatar people, namely, pop songs of religious subjects and their study in comparative and historical aspects. The purpose of the article is to analyze the species differences of tatar religious songs. The leading approach to the study of this problem is a comparative-typological method, which made it possible to compare the ideological orientation of the texts of tatar musical works of the beginning of the XX and XXI centuries, to reveal the generalities and differences in them. As a result of the analysis, it was revealed that tatar songs of religious subjects can be considered as an intermediate, synthetic look that arose at the junction of the boundaries of munadjats and the songs of folk art. Materials of the article can be useful for subsequent art criticism and Islamic studies.
